Welcome to Kanchan Atelier. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

Made-to-order production

Every garment is cut and sewn for you after your order is confirmed. We do not hold finished stock. Production and delivery normally take 7 to 14 days; we will tell you if a piece needs longer.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email and payment has cleared. If we cannot make a piece we will contact you and refund you in full.

Pricing and currency

Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). If you view prices in another currency, that figure is an indicative conversion using a daily exchange rate; the amount actually charged is the NPR price.

Prices include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Customs duties or import taxes on international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Sizing

Because each piece is made to your chosen size, please check the size guide before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before placing the order and we will help.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and the Kanchan Atelier name are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kathmandu unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
